 We are a local business in the Raleigh area ready to make a difference. Our mission is to enrich peoples’ lives through Ballroom dancing and the Arts. Whether you are creative or not these activities have great value for every person. Studies have shown that creative activities help with relieving stress, increase in brain connectivity and plasticity, improved physical health, problem solving, empathy, self love, and much more. We believe the benefits of what we do are more than, just teaching dance moves and slapping paint on a canvas.
